Multi award winning local cheese produced in Crowborough. This cheese is a soft goats’ cheese with a mild and creamy taste, and finished by rolling in wild garlic.

An award- winning British farmhouse cheese made with raw British Fresian cows’ milk. This cheese is characterised by its open, bouncy texture, buttery colour and light blue natural rind developed over a four month maturation period.
