We will always choose our ingredients on taste first and locally where possible

That said, we bake our bread daily

Our meat is supplied from 1066 butcher in Battle high street and we butcher in house to suit our needs, selected from farms within Sussex and Kent with traditional farming.

Our veg comes a little further a field, 5 miles to be exact and from Carrells veg, where they select the veg from local growers and foragers

and our fish comes in fresh from market and depends on the catch
